It is a message telling me that I have a suit against me and to call them back to avoid consequences. Wish someone would do something about all these scam calls that I have been receiving very frequently lately. I do not answer calls that I am unaware of.
They called me stating that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and that I owe 4,645.00. The guy excuse me the officer name was Kevin Smith and the Badge$ GS 762101 case number IRS 1800. I told him that I myself will be contacting IRS because if an audit was done than IRS would have sent me papers and a direct number to call them. He told me that I will be going to jail I told him I will see him there as well.
