on April 25th at approximately 2:50 pm eastern time, I received a called from a law firm by the name of Wilson and Morgan. The individual stated that they wanted to talk to me. When I called back, an individual by the name of Bryan King said that he was a lawyer and that he was calling about an American Cash loan that he claimed was deposit into my account and I did not paid back. He said that I will be arrested taken to prison arrested from my job or home and lose my job, my schools unless I pay $8000.00. This news was very disturbing to me because such incident never occur. . I spoke with a representative who told me that this was a scam that they having been receiving complaints about scams in such situation. This Bryan King man continuously called me harassing me that I will be arrested if I do not pay him $8000.00. When I called him back and said to stop harassing me and I filing a complaint, he hangup the telephone. I am afraid that some is using my information to do a scam or to threaten me. This guy has a thick indian accent. Very annoying and they should be put in jail. the num is 3054079308
I just received a call from these clowns claiming they were from some Law office and I have a lawsuit pending. They rattled off my last four digits of my social security number, which I said anyone could get. I then asked for more information, when I did I was passed around until they yelled at me and hung up. I have the phone number and plan on reporting this to my State Attorney General.
I just got a call 2 and since i read your post, i was very nasty to them and laugh about it. They told me that they deposit money to my account and i couldn't believe it, i asked for proofs and they hang up the phone, i called them back and they were very nasty so i told them that is was fine to send the police to my home or work because i'm going to be waiting, lol. I also told them that the bank account was closed they hang the phone and now no one wants to speak to me....lmao
I had just gotten the same phone call!! he was very rude and i got a call from a different phone number a couple weeks ago stating the same information... I almost gave them my credit card information but then my sister had hung up on the thank god or else i would be so screwed!!
I recieved this phone call more then once but by different numbers. The indian man tried to tell me I had a law suit pending against me and that there was going to be a warrent for my arrest. I spoke to the loan company that I owe money to which I pay them every week and they told me that these calls are ALL scams to get your DC or CC information. Do not give these people ANYTHING. They get very rude and they started calling me names when I told them that I knew there call was a scam and he was screaming at me telling me many rotten names and telling me I would be arressted tomorrow. You have to be kidding me right? LOL this world is such a mess. So if anyone gets these calls don't get all upset and worried it is all lies.
i too have been called by a man with indian accent claiming i never paid a payday loan when in fact i never took one.the number 305-407-9781 has called me twice so far claiming to have all my info and will be taking legal action against me .
