This is a LEGITIMATE callback number from the Miami-Dade Police Department.
I received a call from this number after calling 911 to report a drunk driver; did not realize it until later, as the officers responded during that time period (hence, I did not pick up). No message was left, and I did not receive any further calls.
Make sure that if you make an emergency call to exit Emergency Mode afterwards. It may have some connection to the system.
Actually it is the police. I dialed 911 and then hung up because the harrassers left and two minutes later the police called me back. It is 911, and I am glad that they check.
they called and said that they were the miami dade police department and they received a call from my phone and my phone hadn't been used in 45 minutes to an hour
