Got a text saying to call about my credit card. PHONY number don't call or give them info!!

Yes, just got a text telling me that my debit card was suspended due to a technical error. To reinstall, please press 1, then please enter your 16 digit card number. Of course I hung up instead. This call is not really from FL but actually from someplace that uses asian characters to create words. Like China or Japan
Don't know how to report this, trying to figure out.

1-17-14 5:23 pm PST got a text that said "(441858XXXXXX AchieveCardIssue)". Said it was from [email protected]. Called
number and a recording told me that my debit card was suspended due to a technical error. To reinstall, please press 1, then please enter your 16 digit card number. Of course I hung up instead. Don't know how to report this, trying to figure out.  Ya, you will certainly achieve a card issue if you enter your account info.

Update, I figured out that this was sent from a verizon phone and reported it to them. They will shortly be able to block it from all verizon phone numbers.
The area code is FL, but the prefix is not a legit FL prefix.
