i called that number 18009919961 and said they were gonna call me back got my name and 5 min later called me back then they were berly gonna give me an estimate and called got disconected then after 3 or 4 hr. they called back but i lost interest on the products. then for  5 days they kept calling me from this # 323-000-0000 never answer and today i finally answer and the told me that they were gonna charge me 90 $ for waisting their time ...... i told them i lost interest.and that women is so rude...she was like we are gonna charge you $90 thank you .and hang up the phone didn't even let me talk. i hate them dont waiste you time .... i wish i can talk to their bosss if anyone has a # please let me have it.... i was like what ... so i called my phone company and they say that by my company they cant charge me anything and he told me about the better bussiness complaint ... to file a complaint about that number and they were gonna investigate that number....18009919961 and that this company can charge me anything cause they didn't get any information exept my number and name .... if anyone has any more info email me at [email protected]

we are in same problem , she open the box and the product not the same, she call to trade and they said send the product to PO box 5378 in los angeles ca 90050. I don't like it. we send a money order could we cance this order or is a fraud or we can waiting what

ALERT!!! fRAUD by tele marking ":TRADE"
I ordered a product today arrive and gave to fedex the M.O. for $159 dlls .I made a call to 1-800-991-9961, but saID THEY MAD A MISTAKE, I must send ththe product I receive to PO Box 5378,Los Angeles CA 90050 but they don't said what is that address and later I will receive my product. BUT  why I have to paid 5 or 10 dlls more to send this to another place and they dont send to me a new  packing box to send back their product and receive mine. the girl whom answer the phine her name is Carolins Hernandez she said after they receive the product they will send to me mine. but now I read all this bad comments so tomorrow morning I will cancel my money oerder.according fedex they will receive the envoled pick up and send it by fedex in miami at afternoon I hope someone read this and be fine. I dont know what happen but I collect this numbers.
