Per recorded call about making sure black vote counts in Miami Dade. So why do they call white people in Tampa?

this number calls me at least three times per night every night

A recorded call from "Black Votes Matter" that sounded like some kind of internet broadcast or radio show talking about .  The speaker said "thank you, we've got over 4000 participants on the call right now".  They figure they can just call thousands of people, claim that they so many participating and technically not be lying about it.
