I recieved a phone call from JOHN HILL asking me to call him back about legal matters. I did return his phone call and I was transferred to " ATTY MICHAEL SINCLAIR" he told me I was a suspect to some crime. I did not know what he was talking about so I ask him to explain to me. He said I owe pay day loan to some company, I ask him when did I barrowed that money he wasnt sure so he transferred me to the company (CASH ADVANCE)I spoke to ERIC from revovery dept and he said that they deposited money to may checking 03/2010. I checked with that bank if there is any deposit, they print all my statement for 2010 but nothing was there has not been any activity on that account because I dont bank with them anymore for the past 2 years now. I aske ERIC to provide me with documentation that I can take to the bank that they actually deposited money to that account but he said that he will see what he can do. He also said that he will ask "ATTY SINCLAIR" to give me an extension until friday 07/29/2011 to download the case if I decided not to pay them. I think this is some kind of fraud/scamm but I am not sure who's the right authority complain.
I received a call from a Brian Peterson on my work voicemail from 3054336599 stating mys ss# has been reported as a possible suspect in some crime. Didn't disclose any details and it was very hard to understand what the heck he was saying - but me or my attorney of record had to call back at extension 102. Tried to call back but the call wouldn't go through. I am sure it is a scam - I have never been to Florida so this has to be a scam....

My client has a voice mail message from "Officer Mike __" with VERY vile curse words. I was ready to sue "Officer Mike" under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, but when I call back the phone number, the call won't go through. Also a "James Green" called, more civil, and left a message to call him back "as soon as possible", "very urgent". Google search shows the call comes from Marathon in Monroe County, Florida Keys at 24.71 Latitute and -81.08 Longitude. I file lawsuits against offendeing debt collectors, when I can find them.
