I suggest taping the conversation (let them know you are) and request they send you documentation validating the debt they are attempting to collect. Under no circumstances should you send these people any money - they have proven repeatedly it is a scam. Keep your cool...

I just posted the voice mail message that was left for me. However I did try to call back the caller id number 5173896 and was told by the operator to recheck the number I was dialing. I have not called back the 814 number and have no intention of calling them back. It is scary when you get a call from a person threatening news of a lawsuit against you, especially weird is if the person has a Indian accent on the other end. This is a SCAM to try and get money from you and how these people get your number and name is even scarier. These people need to be stopped so make sure that you report them and file a complaint with the www.ftc.gov.
