JUST GOT POP UP!
I did not get call from this number but after reporting another scam # I got POP UP!  "$1000 Walmart Gift card"

Unbelievable! This website had a scam pop up "$1000 Walmart Gift card"!
THIS IS A SCAM according to my local Burnaby, Canada Walmart Store.
On Google:
WALMART GIFT OR $1000 site:http://whocallsme.com/
I found 632 results -back to 2008- on Google referring to text messages from "Walmart" re $100 - $1000 variations on gift card.

Now they do POP UPS on this scam report website.  How annoying!

WALMART   http://walmartstores.com/PrivacySecurity/9690.aspx      Gift Card Offer Phone Scam
"March 8, 2010 - Fraudsters purporting to be from Walmart have been making phone calls and sending text messages offering free Walmart gift cards to consumers, often under the guise of a "customer appreciation program."
As part of the scam, the fraudsters ask the consumer for their credit card information to pay for shipping and handling. These phone calls are not from Walmart. Walmart will never initiate a phone call where we ask for sensitive personal data like credit card information or social security numbers.
