Who called from 3054400484

I received a call and they did not leave a message.  I called back and it was obviously a busy call center.  He asked me if I was calling to take advantage of their payday loan consolidation program.  I asked to be removed from their list and to not receive any further calls.

Guy called claiming to offer payday loan consolidation. Told him not interested and I hung up. Will ignore any future calls.

I too am on the "NO-Call" lists-both of them yet these people still call. How do you report them?
