Caller ID "Sunshine Commun".  The caller did not go through the prompts to bypass my call screening device.

Same message about the threat of arrest.

I am well aware of the many scam perpetrated this way,using the same ruse during the recession threatening to foreclose on your house. Coincidentally, on the local news last night was a report of a poor unknowing woman in town who was threatened with jail if she didn't pay a $2500 fine for not appearing for jury duty, so the array of ruses continues to grow.

I owe money and am going to  be arrested. If i don't call today.  IRS i believe he said in his foreign accent

TAX evasion scam. Don't believe caller and don't give any money. Report to TREASURY.gov

Some sort of robocall for IRS ..but the IRS NEVER (I repeat) NEVER calls you.  It's not their way.  So this is a complete and terrible scam trying to get data and money from you. Don't fall for it .. report them to the IRS.
