I missed the call too. Called  back and it says number is not in service

I heard a voice message that was in Spanish. I started freaking out, because i heard the words detention center and miami and stuff. I am a law abiding person with neat ethics and clean records. Never gotta traffic ticket even. I recently graduated from Miami and moved to Ohio for my job.

I was wondering if the police was trying to reach me or something, I couldn't tell because, it was all in Spanish. Could some one help?

So wait that IS the number for the jail in Miami? I know someone who JUST went to jail there and I missed a call from that number and like everybody else I called back and it says its no longer in service. So it could be the person I know calling?

Got a missed call from 3054550396, called back, it says this phone number no longer in service.

I just blocked that number and no problem, no more phone calls from that,
