Who called from 3054559464

I received a call from +3054559464 this afternoon. I decided to upload the audio from the voicemail to my youtube page. It can be found here:

The message is similar to the people on here that have voiced their displeasure.

Can someone tell me what I can do as a person to stop this in the future? Can I take legal action?

I received 2 phone calls today from this same number. Both messages left on my voicemail were identical. I'm thinking they were both recordings. If they call again I will record it and post it online.

I receive this call from the same number , what is scary is he knew my 4 digits of my social and my email . can they do any harm to me ?

i have the same phone calls; there are a few other numbers that were used in this scam... ridiculous.
