Received 4 calls in row this morning, 4/30/13 from this  #.  The 4th time a message was left stating "I want to place on order."  The voice was female.  It sounded like an Indian accent (India).  When the # was called back, the recording stated "You have reached an Orion voice messaging system.  Please enter the voice mail box # now.  If you don't know the voice mail box #, enter the first 3 digits of the person's last name."

Last week, several individual calls were received on various days and times from this #.  No message was left.
