The person does not want to provide their name or organization who
they represent. Calling for my son and was asking to update his online
information but would not identify themselves what company they
represent.
I got this call today also. It probably has to do with a online gambling debt. Ask your son if he gambles on www.sportsbook.com. It sounds like he deposited money on the website, then lost his money gambling, then called the credit card company and had the charges reversed. They're probably upset about that.
