These emails ARE illegal spam sent by lowlife criminal scum. The so-called "degrees" are completely, 100 percent and absolutely WORTHLESS.

You think someone offering a legit college degree is going to start a letter with "Heya," and then say something like "okey qualifications," and misspell "phone" and "representative"?
The person who posted about calling this scam legitimate probably runs such a fraud.
The people who send this crap should give up, because most people are on to such scams, along with all the Nigerian crap. Give it up, go away and stop polluting the Internet.
Hey Mac: You're an idiot. The SPAM these scammers are sending list my email as the return address because they don't want their email box filled with responses to their unsolicited crap. You obviously think it's legit because you too lack scruples. The fact that you paid them, thereby encouraging them, is a strong indicator of your stupidity.
