Your represetative shouted out her nane and then asked me to confirm ...she went so fast that I asked her "her" name and association. She then rambled about some Federal Staute or some thing about only having to give me the information once, and that she was going to state that I was uncooperative and "esclating this matter forward" and hung up. MY comment to this person's superviser is that she "fumbled the ball" or wasted time and your money to no avail. Down South we have a saying "you will catch more flies with honey than with vinegar". If this person called me to intimidate me-She Failed. If she made an sincere effort to obtain information-She Failed. If she called me to attempt a working relationship-She Failed.
