They keep calling me and I just hang up on them. It is very annying cause they call every day, Mon - Fri at all hours of the day! i Have also requested to get me off the list to no avail. They keep calling and I keep hanging up on them. Let's see who tires first. This is harrassment to the consumer and they must be stopped.
They've called me every 3 or 4 months for the last 2 years or so. Their idiotic round-robin phone system means that you get lots of hang-ups before you ever get a body on the other end. Twice I kept a record of their calls and the timing worked out to about every 3 hours. Worse, I often work nights and they seem to get me on those days when I'm sleeping! ARGH! Each and every time I've demanded to be taken off their list to no avail.
This is a company hired to do fundraising. They call from any of the following numbers 305-503-3543 305-503-3537 305-503-3548 305-503-3516 305-503-3545 305-503-3540 305-503-3533 305-503-3512 305-503-3547 305-503-3551 305-503-3530 (these are the last few I have on my caller ID )
I get on an average 5 to 6 phone calls a day sometimes more. Usually there is just a beep (like the call is being recorded--which I am told it is) I am told it is a computer calling you get a person if they are not on another line.
I made the biggest mistake of my life donating to the Florida Association of State Troopers F.A.S.T. a couple years ago now I am on their fundraising list. The calls are comming from a company hired to do their fundraising so until you actually get someone to talk to you you will not know who it is for.
I have called the Florida Association of State Troopers and asked them to get my name off their list. After doing this I still received phone calls of a week before an actual person came on the line. I told them also to NEVER call me again. I had a break for a few days. Now they are calling again. One of my kids got someone who only spoke spanish and hung up. Today I called the Florida Association of State Troopers and they are researching it. They told me that if I told them not to call me that by law they cannot.
At this point I am ready to hire a lawyer and file a lawsuit against the company for harrassment.
Anyone else having the same problems? any further suggestions?
I feel your pain... I have spoken to them numerous times about taking me off their list.. I will NEVER contribute to them again as they have been worse than any telemarketer I have EVER Dealt with... They call continuously and swear they are putting me on the do not call list.. and then the calls start again...
all those numbers listed maybe related to F.A.S.T. you can add this one also: 305-503-3517. seems this number is coming from PAETEC COMMUNICATIONS, MIAMI, FL. a telecommunications company. may want to contact them.
