Telemarketer file a complaint with do not call site.

Same thing happened to me. I purposely didn't say anything when I answered, waited about 10 seconds, and a voice said my wife's name, I said stop calling here, and then asked "who is this." The response: "Adam", then they hung up. I tried returning the call; it was disconnenced. Also getting calls from 305-503-3529. WHAT CAN BE DONE TO STOP THIS?
