No person. Call back and won't ring.

Receiving phone calls from this number and every time that call back the  
number is disconnected.

We keep getting calls from this number and when you call back it says it is disconnected.  There is a code that they say at the end of the message and maybe someone knows what it means:
PUAMI20

I have received a call from this number for 6 days straight.  It is very annoying.

I have received mumerous calls from this number for over two weeks.  I will repit others report. IT IS VERY ANNOYING. Is there any waya to determine where this call is originated . Prision.. MAd House, Others. Please help especially how to block that calling number from even reaching my telephone
