I keep getting the same call. They also tried to have some guy serve me in my area, I blocked his number. They claim I owe $500 and are suing me for $4000 plus attorney fees. I never got a payday loan period. I block the number and they use a different one.
Just got a call from attorney office of Black & Associates a Steven who is Hindo. Informing me that they are filing a lawsuit against me, charging me with bad checks and other things. Not to disregard this call. And when I asked when was this loan he said hold on the attorney will come on to speak to you. Each time they call is different man with an English name but has an Hindo accented. This is a spam.....
I received two phone calls yesterday from 305-507-4369 saying they will be serving with legal papers due to a missed payment on a payday loan. I don't have anything outstanding with any companies. When I asked them the date the loan was taken out, they said they could not give me that information. The first person's name was Lee Young with a thick middle eastern accent. The second person called saying he was from Black & Associates Attorney's name was Paul David, he also had a thickn accent. I don't know what I need to do. Do I need to contact an attorney..what??
I just received a call from a Ethan Rein who said that he was with Black & Associates. Said that I owe a payday loan in the amount of $1095. Also that they have been trying to contact me via email. This guy has an accent as well. He also said that they were filing papers against me and wanted to know the name of my attorney. I did research to see if this company exists and apparently it does not. For the previous posts I am not the only one this "company" has contacted.
