the person does live in Colombia, that is the routed number here to call cell phones, you cannot call cell phones here from cell phones in Colombia, so you have to go to a call store, get in a booth and use a service that uses this number, nobody in Colombia has a house phone so this is how they call the US, it is legal and there is no call back because it is only a relay number.....
Called cell-phone, recorded telemarketing call in Spanish. Cell is on national DNC registry, and has been for about 9 months. Called number back immediately, and it was answered in English. When I stated that I had just received a call from this number, they hung up. Oh yeah, I filed a complaint. Not the first time spanish speaking telemarketers from Miami have called my Metro PCS number...
I just got a call on our home line. The caller asked, Is this a business? I asked whom is calling and she replied she didn't need to reply, if our number were really a business. Again, I asked, whom is calling. She repeated her first answer. I hung up. As others discovered, this line is 'no longer in service.'
