The CS rep identified himself as Aaron from a company called Trans World Systems, Inc.  I asked him what his company did, and his response was "lots of things, a variety of things".  When I pressed him, he became irate; still would not tell me what his company did.  Instead, claimed that I wouldn't let him answer my question (he wasn't answering the question to begin with.)  Finally, he said, "Look, if you're not going to let me talk, I'm going to have to end this conversation."  I responded that I was going to file a complaint and report his company.  "For what?!?" he demanded.  While he was still ranting, I hung up and looked up the company.  It appears to be a collection agency; however, since he wouldn't divulge this info, I'm guessing that it's not a legit company.  Reported.
