Has called 13 times today, and yet no messages have been left. It IS Verizon, for anyone saying it's a scam. That can easily be verified by calling the # back (I did so, but of course blocked my # before calling), and also calling their main #, and enquiring. However, there is no excuse for calling 13 times in one day. Further, to not leave a message and simply expect a customer to call back is asinine. I'm a customer of theirs, but am not late on my bill. They really need to figure their [***] out before calling someone 13 frigging times.
Received a phone call from this number. First there was a touch ton command to confirm that I am customer with Verizon. Being a good person, I pressed 1 and I had a girl on the phone telling me that she works for Verizon and that my bill is over due. She then threatened me to disconnect my service and that there will be a reactivation fee.
She was rude, unfriendly and made me feel as a non valued customer, although I am with this company for many years, even though it is bad customer service and the prices is unreal.
However, I did not find any indication on the Verizon website about this incident and further I did not get any message from Verizon.
The company this number belongs to is Level 3 Communications LLC in Florida. She lied about being employed by Verizon as well as that I need to pay on the phone right now. Watch out for this number. One can only hope that Verizon is not working with a company who employs people like that.
I am receiving numerous calls daily from this number however I do not answer the calls because I do not recognize the number. The weirdest thing about it. is no message is ever left with these constant calls to provide you with who is calling and what the call is about which is annoying.
