Just found out who they are. It's called Adzzoo. When you call back the number it says "Adzzoo. Taming the internet one click at a time." Apparently it's an advertising company, but I don't have a business, so how they got my number is beyond me. I went to Adzzoo.com, and contacted them and told them to stop calling my cell, lest I report them. So we'll see.
They called me, but I didn't get a chance to answer. When I called back, no one answered, so I left message to stop calling me because I am on do-not call. Then they called again today. I left another message. Then I figured out who they are. It's called Adzzoo.com. Their slogan is "taming the internet one click at at time". Went to the site, and contacted them and told them I am on do-not-call, and that if they call again, I will report them. This is an advertising agency. I don't own a business, and I have no need for advertising, so I have no idea how they got my cell.
