You need to register your number with the National Do Not Call Registry.
Then you need to actually report the calls using the forms on this website:
http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0108-national-do-not-call-registry
And ALWAYS try to provide more information about the caller when you leave a post here.

This company keeps calling me trying to sell me a girdle. First of all I don't need a girdle I'm skinny. Then I don't know how they got my number. They speak only spanish. These numbers also keep calling me all from the same company. 954-283-7568, 305-555-6677, 305-671-8899, 323-529-8112, 941-315-8515, 323-529-8117, 818-495-6506. They're all from the same company.
These people don't give up! They speak only Spanish but do not understand " NO NO NO !!!! " I return-called and got an answering machine. The man on the machine said his name was Sherman (although it sounded more like "Sherbet" lol) , and I didn't leave a message. They began calling today (7/12/13) and have called several times. I yelled "NO!" into the phone but it didn't help. Just don't answer ; waste of time.
