C'mon, now the scam is about reducing your credit card debt  to zero by a legal loophole under the Bank Stress Test Act; "Press 1 to confirm."
Please... There is no such Act in Canada or anywhere else in the world. The bank stress test is a program organized by Government Treasury regulators that measures financial institutions' capital ratios and has nothing to do with credit card debt.
