Received a call, did not answer but I called back. It is WCA Subscriber Services that I somehow
got registered with. I was allowed to cancel my number after listening to all the 'great' prizes and
cash giveaways you can recieve. I've gotten these calls before and of course, they need my credit card for shipping. No Go! Says it will take 7 days to be removed from their list. Try calling them back and remove yourself from their list.
When you call scammers like WCA back, you are only confirming your number, and you will get even more junk phone calls. If you go to their scammy website, the same thing will happen.

You "somehow" got registered? Criminals targeted you, that's how you "somehow" got registered.
Seriously, how naive can you be? It only perpetuates this kind of scamming! If NO ONE answered or returned these kind of calls, the criminals would probably have no reason to continue making them!
You can always block your number when you call back. If you have Verizon for instance you can add a service that blocks your number for all calls. You can transmit your number on a call by call basis by dialing *82 in front of the number dialed.
