They must be very busy today as I just got the same call from this number. I called the number (like Judy didabove) and got the same message. Was nervous to unsubscribe because I have no idea who WCA is or if they would legitimately remove my number from their calling list.
They leave half a message; '...if you'd like to be removed, please press 3..." but nothing happens when i do that. I have no idea who these people are, and they call every day. From what I've found so far, they are located in 'Summerland Key', Florida.

I received a call from 305-906-5872 from a male. He said he had some documents to deliver to "Edward Rose." I told him he had the wrong number. He hung up without ID'ing himself or who he represents.
