This people called my home looking for distant family member which whom I have not had contact in a long time. I have suspicions that they are using Social Networks to pull out information about peoples family and friends to herass them.
Randomly get calls from this number which I choose not to answer since it is unknown to me. No message and when I cll back it rings until a fast busy signal comes on.
Received a call for this number...were looking for my 84 yr. old bedridden mother...asked for info told not to be rude and the caller hung up..tried to return call but originating number was always busy...too bad I never had the chance to be rude with the [***]
this people are calling me saying that they want to verify my 4 last digits of my social security, they have 4 numbers, but i didn't answer and hung up the phone. who is this people?
Received call from 305-600-1412, but my calls such as this one, now come with the City/State in the caller id field. Prior to Oct 1, I got many of these calls (various different numbers) with <unknown> in name field, but after Oct 1, all now come with City/State (many match up to the ones I had chased down earlier).
My suspicion is scam as we have no outstanding debts to be called for so they may have used our number for someone else (they chase down anyone with like names).
All of these calls come as auto-dialer "dead ringers" since there is never anyone at the other end when I answer.
received on my cell phone, i didn't answer and they left no message. I tried to call back and the message " this call can not be completed at this time, please check your number and try again" they called me three times in one day.
