Tom , on the other end of the phone claimed he works for a company who can see our time share. He needs money to do a title search so his buyer feels comfortable buying our timeshare. The next three weeks he claims a person , currier , is bringing papers to for us to sign to transfer ownership and a check his bank has issue for our asking price. No one ever shows up for these scheduled appointments at our house and "Tom" always calls the next day with some excuse why the courier never showed up.
On 11/4/11, Tom is supposed to be in Albuquerque to deliver the check in person but, he claims he had a diabetic episode while driving and the police arrest him because they thought he was drunk driving. He calls the next day and says he needs to speak to Mary so he can deliver the check I give him her number but he never shows up and tries to get Mary to meet him at the airport so he can give her the check.
Tom later Saturday calls the house and claims Mary never returned his call. I ask him why he was in Albuquerque and he says to give us the check . I say you never got the check to us and you wanted us to come to you , not the best business practice. He says he does not have to deal with me and hangs up.
In my thoughts this man is a con man and has done fraud with us! The next call I make is to the Police Department.
Tom Fisher called claiming that he liked me and he thought we went to school together. I made it clear we did not go to school together. He tried asking more questions about me. When I stopped him and told him I'm sorry I don't feel comfortable cause I don't know you. He quickly said "I'm not a weirdo" and hung up.
Tom Fisher called me this morning to inform me that he had sold my timeshare and that the individuals who are purchasing the timeshare are paying his fees and all closing costs. As I tried to ask questions, he interrupted me to which I told him that I felt he was trying to manipulate me as he would not allow me to finish my questions. He told me that I needed to send $350 to do a title search and I told him that this should be included with the closing fees. He called me cheap and out of my name using offensive racial slurs and profanity, and hung up on me. I have never been treated this way by a so-called business person. I called back and asked him why he felt it necessary to talk in this fashion and he stated it was because I said he was a manipulator and hung up again....
