They have now called 14 times this week,4 this afternoon. an hour ago I picked up the phone and started yelling at a live guy, who apologized twice but never said he would take my number out of his system. Am I the only one they are calling today? Of the last 35 calls to my office, 22 have been this or another insurance scam.
I receive at least one call per day from a random state. They never respond to me and hang up after about 5 seconds. I don't know what the scam is yet. I assume they are siphoning some sort of data that is being transmitted.
Just received a call from this number. A robovoice (very good quality - almost sounded like a real person) after a few seconds says, "Hi, my name is Joan, how are you today?" That's when I hung up. Probably a dental insurance deal. I'll never know, it's in my ever growing reject call list.
