Yes, I have been receiving these calls too. This isn't the first time and they are a scam! The best thing you can do is ignore these people. Do not call them back, because when you do this it provides them with verification that your name belongs to your phone number. They will eventually stop, but it may take a while.
People they are scamming you they lie and try to scare you by telling you that you owe money which you probably don't even owe they change their name every time they call. I am so sick of it please pay them no money. I've been dealing with this for a couple if years it gets tiring yell at them it seems to help. They are using phones that are prepaid they are awful. They are doing this to so many people in the us.
Hi i recieved a call from these peopke last week thursday and they tolld me i needed to get an attorney that i was in trouble and that i owed money on a payday that i dont ever remember getting. They said i had to pay 900$ by this friday the 20th and i was wondering if they are really a scam. Becausw if so i dont wanna pay want to pay money to someone or on something that isnt real nut i also dont want to apend time in jail. Are they really a scam?
its a scam cause I also received one of these phone calls. they said I would have to pay $1549.00 today or go to jail. They are from overseas and do not live in US. So DON'T PAY or give your id out to them its a scam
they just called and told me that I was approved for a 4,000 personal loan but that I needed to put 185.00 on a green dot money pack card so that the ftc can prove that I will pay it back.. what a scam... I will for sure be calling the bank
