This number was on my caller ID on Oct 9th, 2008. No message. I am registered on the "do not call" registry and am fed up with calls like this coming through. How do they by pass that system

They just called at 9 p.m., and there was only a beeping sound (but it was not a fax). I am also on the "Do Not Call" list; I just registered a complaint with them regarding this number.
I REVEIVED SEVERAL CALL FROM THIS NUMBER THE LAST ONE WAS ON 11/18 AT 4:53PM I DO NOT KNOW WHO'S CALLING... PLEASE IF SOMEBODY HAVE ANY INFO ABOUT IT PLEASE ADD YOUR COMMENTS IN THIS WALL...
I also got a call from this number on my cell phone - they left no message. When I tried to return the call they were unavailable - it is a cell phone number from Florida - that is about all I was able to find out. It is very suspicious - calling on a Holiday - and not answering return calls.
