I got a recorded message saying that it was a call about my credit card and that there was nothing wrong, but that it was an important offer that was about to expire and to press a button to speak to someone.
I got another call from these folks and this time pressed one to speak with an agent and request that I be removed from their list. I am on the national registry and they ignore this. They are in Miami and the reverse lookup page:

wants one to register with them to find out who this is. I refuse to pay and find out. This company should be fined!
