multiple calls - no message - other web sites note caller is a scammer

Claimed to be from state farm wanting to give me an insurance quote.

Multiple phone calls from this number and I am on the "no call list". They hang up when I answer.  Therefore, I won't answer anymore.

how do these [***] call me ? when i call back says the number is disconnected or not working !
