Collection from over 13 yrs ago made threats of going to jail for rest of my life or send him 1000 dollars now (side note all my debts are paid 6 yrs ago) one payday lender had a breach of security and lots of people information is out there
Stated that he was taking me to court for an unpaid balance with a bank I have never felt with. His name was Danny Johnson. Very unprofessional, and rude. Also claimed he was calling from pnr division 318 and when you call him back its called something else. False information
I got this call about an hour ago ting to tell me I owed a debt of $600 and I was about to be taken to court for $1100 but that since I had a clean civil record for the past 7 years I was getting a "courtesy call" any way it was supposably from a gym membership 10 years ago when I informed him that it was 10 years ago he said that the statutes of limitations had expired and quickly apologized and said disregard the message. It didn't sound right that's when I found this page
