This number has called me 4 already today within 3 hrs. What the heck? every time I start to say I'm not interested, it disconnects. So tired of this crap!

I don't know anyone in Florida, so I don't answer. I am guessing it is a telemarker. Was told not to call number that I don't no back if they are long distance bc they could tap into your phone somehow? don't know for sure but I don't call back numbers I do not know anyway.
I have received 6 calls from this number in less then 7 hours. I call teh number back from a land line and it say the call can not completed as dialed. How do I stop them from calling???
