This is a telemarketer.

This phone number called me on my new cell phone and is not anyone I know or should have my phone number. Sounds like it is a telemarketer and my phone number is a pay as you go phone and this is an unsolicited call to me.

Got call from this number and only spoke spanish.  I could hear phone operators on the background.  Telemarketer for sure!!
