Probable timeshare rip-off from "Michael Jameson".
SMOOTH talker, duped 84 year-old and her supposedly smart son into believing this really was a different timeshare seller company that actually may be legitimate.
Alas, just as 100% of the industry, it appears that this was a total fraud and mother is out $300 through a money gram scam.
Son can't believe he fell for this...please be careful!!
Received a phone call form Exclusive Vacation Properties Inc the closing agent was Michael Jameson and he said they sold my timeshare and just needed me to pay the $1950.00 closing. I said no and he offered to reduce the closing to $400.00 if I could just western Union it to him. His pick up agent kenneth was listed with Western Union as a watch. Funny feeling about this. It would be nice to believe that this is legit but in the timeshare industry how do you know.
