VA loan telemarketer

My cell phone is on the do not call list. I do not wish to receive telemarketer phone calls of any type.

anyone try calling them back and leave annoying messages?

I called it back seconds later at 4:30 EST and it said the office was closed but it was the VA resource center advising about my VA benefits, clearly a third party scam. Their mailbox also does not receive voicemails. Annoying, I am going to report them to the state and FCC.
