The caller asked to speak with my husband about life insurance, when I asked for a number for him to return the call, he cussed and wanted to know what kind of agency this is. I said this isn't, it's his home! Then he cussed again and hung up. I called back from the caller id #, and asked to speak with his boss, and he handed the phone to someone, and they started being sarcastic and hung up.
This A-hole named Abel Bronson called me and left a VM that he needed a call back because he wanted to do a reverse mortgage.
He was just trying to sell me leads. Same story as the other coments in this thread.
This Able Bronson character has called our office three times. This last time he swore up and down that he got a message from the adviser in the office and was returning his call. For one, I have never forwarded the message from his previous calls so, I knew he was lying from the beginning. So I contacted SRC Leads @ 1(800) 370-7330 # 8502 to make a complaint. I was transferred to Able's supervisor, Mike Katmman and informed him on how rude and unprofessional Able was.
