Called twice in a row. First time asking for the affiliate of the company, and I transferred him to the person who takes those calls. I could tell that it was a telemarketing call due to the background noise. He must have gotten voice mail because he then called back asking for the wrong person in the IT department. When I asked him what the call was about he said he was from IC Systems and needed to speak to the "new" person who was the IT manager. I had to tell him that I knew he'd called before and that the person I transferred him to was the correct person to speak to regarding the affiliate of the company; I transferred him again. He probably didn't leave a message either.
