You can call the FCC, let them know and tell these people the next time you talk to them (first get a name of person on the other end) that you have reported them to the FCC and if they call again you will bring a law suit against them and what you recieve in compensation will help nicely on your five trips to England, Germany, Switzerland, Japan and Australia!! Good luck and hope they call again.. make sure you save the recording or get a copy of all your incoming calls from the phoe company so you can prove how many times they called. Good luck
I get a phone call everyday from the law offices of Pollack and Rosen looking for a Mr. Rafael L. Maerlijo. It's so annoying. I've called several times and asked to remove my phone number from their call list, obviously they haven't done it.
Easy up on the caps, skippy. And learn to spell, hm? Any way, just because they're getting the calls does NOT mean they're the ones with the collection agency after them. If you actually READ the posts, it seems that most of them are getting calls from this company for people they dont even know.
YEAH RIGHT THEY ALL SAY THAT. I WOULD'NT DOUBT THAT YOU PROBABLY HAVE AN ACCT IN THEIR OFFICE AND YOU PROBABLY USE THE SAME EXCUSE YOU AND EVERYONE ELSE NEED TO TAKE OWNERSHIP FOR YOUR ACTIONS AND LEARN TO SPELL WHAT THE WORD YOUR. YOU NEED TO LEARN TO PAY UP AND STOP LETTING EVERYONE SPEND THEIR TAX DOLLARS FOR YOUR F*** UPS
I am getting the calls on the prepaid phone I purchased a few years ago. My voice mail is inundated with the messages. It costs me money to clear it out, and I am furious at the "if you listen it will be assumed you are the recipient," message. I know if I were to try to respond to the calls they would only increase as the entity would have a live person to harass further.
As for those of you who feel compelled to offer your brilliant insight with input such as "if you are getting the calls then you owe the debt," please do the rest of us a favor and admit you are stupid. I think I would know if my name was Kimberly. Can you spell your own name? "X" doesn't count.
