This person called my cell phone trying to (against the rules governing lawyers) solicit legal services from me after learning somehow that I was in an accident. He was nasty and when I told him I didn't like his way of conducting business, he called me a racial epithet. If I knew which attorney(s) he represented, 2 bar complaints would be filed--one for the slur and one for the improper solicitation of services.
