same number called my sister......saying they had me "her brother" and that if she doesnt give them money they will shoot me....she called 911 and the operator said it is a prank call that has been going on ....do not pay attention to it...
A Caller stating that my brother had a vehicle collision and that he was uninsured and we are holding him until we receive money to pay for the damages, he described that my brothers injuries as having a big gash on his forehead and we will cut his throat if the demands were not met, the caller threatened to kill my brother if i should hangup, he will demand for you to go to the bank immediately then he will instruct you to send the money in 1000.00 increments demanding at least 4000.00 dollars, at the receiving end they cannot receive a larger amount of 1000.00 at once therefore like i explained earlier in increments of 1000.00 to different recipients names. The caller will give you full names with date of birth etc.In addition the payments are sent to Puerto Rico (Western Union) In my case from Caguas PR. Fake ID's can be easily purchased on any street corner over there so capturing these individuals will be very difficult, this has been an ongoing trend. They will call you from a local area phone number will no name showing on the caller ID. If you do not answer and you return the call it will ring until the voice answering system will tell you the following :
" I'm sorry but the person you called has a voice mail box that has not been set up yet, goodbye"
Here is one of those numbers they have been using, 305.812.2953 in Miami. Do Not fall victim to these animals, keep them on the line as long as possible and get to another phone advising Law Enforcement of the threat whenever possible, DO NOT SEND MONEY!!!
In my case i was not able to reach my brother to verify that he was alright or to verify whether this was a hoax, i COULD NOT TAKE THAT GAMBLE! CAN YOU?

the same person is calling me he say that my brother has an accident ! i have the same experience i dont know who is this guy hes accent is from Puerto Rico or Dominican Republic im not sure but he was talkin me in spanish i just report it with my uncle he is officer so well se what is going to happend
A Caller stating that my brother had a accident. When I mentioned that I don't have a brother, then he said it must be a friend and that he got my number as the emergency contact. He also said that he was driving his cousin's car and it has a lot of damage and he does not know what to tell his cousin, so I have to help out. When I asked that I need to talk to the person who I though must be my friend as he has given my No. as an emergency contact. He never even gave the name of the person and threated to cause harm to the person if I did not help. I called him back after making some enquiries from my friends about their well being. I called the Number 305-812-2953 and I get a reply as
