I live in northern California and this number kept calling our home at night once at 9 pm and another at 11pm. Never answered cuz i know dam well i dont know anyone who lives in Florida.
Received call in Oct. of 2016, late in the evening, long past the time solicitors usually call. Caller ID displayed Miami, FL. I did not answer the first call. But this caller called me a total of 4 times in 1 hour, so I finally answered on the 4th call. There was clearly a delay, which is an indication this call didn't originate in the U.S., a female, claiming to be "Shirley", with a very thick Indian accent then clicked on trying to sound concerned about my computer working properly, and that she "was going to help me get it working better" and she could assist me with the "error signs" it was sending out. So I played along, knowing this was an obvious scam, she asked me if I had a desktop computer, etc. She asked me if I saw something on the computer and I claimed I couldn't see it, Shirley then got frustrated and told me that if I couldn't see what she was wanting me to see, then I "must be blind", and she hung up, while laughing. I was bummed because I didn't get time to tell her to give my regards to "Laverne". This is a scam, Do not give any personal info. out.
