This number calls me frequently, despite my being on do-not-call list. A robot voice tells me to press 1 to speak to a human about the issue, which has been "Last Chance to get a lower Interest Rate" OR "Your auto warranty is about to change state, press 1 to protect yourself"
I'm TOTALLY unimpressed by the do-not-call program, there appears to be no effective enforcement, and each time I submit an on-line report of this kind of stuff to the FCC, they send me an surface mailed response stating "We've investigated this issue and there appears to be no violation of the do-not-call law".
Automated call offering "to reduce your credit card rate press one" and that this was the "last chance" to do so. The message also said that they had "been calling repeatedly to contact you".
This is the first time the I got a call from them I knew it was bogus. The call came on my cell phone, which I have to pay for.
