My son borowed money years ago and they were paid back all but $1.35 because the payment was automatically removed from his account before his pay check was credited to his account. Then almost a year and half later....THESE PEOPLE started calling his cell phone and my home phone and cell phone at all hours of the day and night and bullied us into making $100 payments a month after threatening to have him arrested, etc.. I talked to the fraud investigator at our bank and he told us this company is not legit, and to stop payment on all future payments.....for the $1.35 he owed...we had paid them several hundred dollars and they are still calling and threatening the police and future lawsuits, etc. we are obtaining legal papers from his bank (ADVICE FROM OUR LAWYER) to prove that the company that the original loan came from did NOT call them to collect the $1.35.
This caller is the newest number for Advanced Credit Recovery. The auto message they left was to dial 1-877-320-4742, which is a known number for them. We obtained a new cell phone number last year when we moved, and the person who had this number previously seems to have a lot of creditors calling that won't take: "they don't have this cell phone number anymore", for an answer.

I am 16 years in high school and this number 305-887-9547 and 877-320-4742 keeps calling me and i havent even started a credit history i asked who they were and they screamed at me
