They have called my office several times. They claim we had been listed in online yellow pages which is not the case. They even started arguing with me about it and told me they would give me a cancelation number then they would send the packet with all the documentation along with the final invoice. I told them they were not to invoice me at all because there was never an authorization to list our company in the first place. He kept saying he was not requesting payment and that I could cancel. "An invoice is a request for payment" I explained. He wasn't having it. He just kept on going. Then he transfered me to "a third party" to verify cancelation. It was a lady, with an american accent this time, who asked if I am requesting cancelation. I said "I dispute ever having and account or listing" She hung up.

I am constantly getting phone calls from the 305-890-1606 number but the calls are always "ended" without any interaction. In the future I will not answer them and hope that eventually they stop calling.
SCAM!!! This was very scary!! The caller had a foreign accent, like India or Pakistan and there was a lot of background noise like a call center. He said he was from the Social Security Administration and said he wanted to talk to ____ and called out my full name. He wanted to know if I was that person, I said yes. He again asked if he was speaking with ____; I said yes. He then said that new Social Security Cards were going to be sent out and wanted to verify their records. He read my complete address to me and asked if it was correct; I said yes. He then said something like: "Your Social Security payments are direct deposited, correct?" I said yes. He then said something like: "We need for you to verify the name of your bank. What is the name of your bank." I then realized the scam and told HIM to tell me the name of the bank. He cut me off right there. He had way too much information on me.
This is the 11th time they have called me today!! I have not gotten to the "next stage", because i tell them that i never asked for this service so i have no intention of jumping through any hoops to discontinue the service. They usually hang up after argueing with me for several minutes. The thing is, i'm not getting any work done! I've alerted Verizon and blocked their calls. It is interesting that they use the same 305 890 1606 each time they call. And yes, it sounds like a call center operation in India or Pakistan. How do we stop this nonsence!!
They say that my company has been listed on this online directory for the past two years and they need me to either pay them over $1000 or tell them i wish to cancel and i must call another number and say "cancel" and they will send me an invoice for $600 that i don't need to pay. Crazy!!!
